Michelin chef tries a diving main course

Our very own Michelin Star chef (well, almost) took to the water in Tanote Bay this week

Julian, who started in Chef School at 14, has decided not create a recipe of Juvenile Harlequin Sweetlips with Yellow Tail Baraccuda (cos he likes them swimming around so much)

He has promised to return from Paris next year with his Rabbit and Pork PADI speciality
